While some of the recipes look good, with the amount of cheese and other high fat items, it makes it impossible for those of us with high cholesterol. Disappointing.

I LOVE this book and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in living a low carb lifestyle. Every recipe is delicous, easy to make and practical. One of our favorite recipes is the Gorgonzola Beef Tenderloin. It is to die for. I got this book for my son, who went on a low carb diet. He loved it, he has lost 30 lbs.& 22 inches in 6 weeks. the recipes are easy to follow they are full of flavor, ingredients are simple & easy to find.
